Yoga

TRANSFORM has a wide variety of yoga classes. They range from short mini flows focused on mobility and recovery to power flows that will challenge you and leave you feeling amazing!

The power flows are designed to achieve a peak pose or focused on a goal such as flexibility or core strength. The peak poses are advanced, but I always provide modifications and alternate options. I want these classes to be accessible to everyone!

The mobility focused flows are the perfect compliment to the strength program. They are short and can be done on the same day as your strength workout. The Rest and Recover classes are also a perfect way to wind down your day!

Strength

The TRANSFORM Strength program includes a jumpstart program for people new to lifting. It is meant to introduce or reintroduce basic movements and help produce a solid foundation of strength and body awareness before moving into the 12-week program.

The 12 week progressive overload strength program is meant to increase overall strength with a flair of metabolic conditioning. These 12 weeks will feature compound, unilateral, and multi-planar movements with scaled sets/reps based on the phase of the program and the physiological demand.

Every 12 weeks a new strength program is released. Each program is dedicated to different aspects of muscular fitness. For example strength, power, or endurance. The programs build on each other allowing the body to adapt to different stimuli which will TRANSFORM your strength while keeping the workouts fresh and exciting!

TRANSFORM was designed based on an entire year and not just 12 weeks! Instead of starting over after 12 weeks with a new program you will be continuing to build your strength and TRANSFORM your body with each program! This is what sets our program apart and what will bring your fitness to the next level!
