Welcome! My name is Seneca. I am a weightlifting yogi passionate about helping other people achieve their health and fitness goals. I understand that there are a lot of obstacles standing in your way when it comes to living your healthiest life. I am here to help you overcome those obstacles. Not only will you have access to my fitness program, but you will also have the ability to connect with me through coaching calls. My goal is for you to succeed and for you to not only TRANSFORM your body, but to also TRANSFORM your life!

Seneca is a 500 hour Registered Yoga Teacher, NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Flexibility and Stretch Coach, she specializes in core training and suspension training. She has worked as the fitness director for the Metabolism Makeover, an accountability coach, motivational speaker, content creator for TRX and Yoga Medicine and has been a nurse for 19 years.

The TRANSFORM strength programs are written by Matt Kalanz. Matt has earned his MS-Kinesiology with a focus in corrective exercise and BS-Exercise Science. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and Certified Personal Trainer and is currently working toward his PhD. He works as a strength and conditioning coach with the 82nd Airborne at Fort Bragg.
