What if I am a beginner?
TRANSFORM has a jumpstart program designed for beginners. There are modifications, exercise explanations, and lifting tutorials in the app. TRANSFORM has a Facebook group for you to ask questions and you are always welcome to DM me on insta with your questions.
What equipment do I need?
For the minimal equipment program you will need dumbbells, long and short resistance loops, and a stability ball. There are exercises that use a kettlebell, but you can replace that with a dumbbell if you do not own one. The bench exercises can be done on the floor if you do not own a bench. There are TRX classes, but you do not need TRX straps to do the strength program.
Can I cancel at anytime?
Yes, you can cancel at anytime.
